The beds were incredibly comfortable, AC worked great, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. They offered tours and bus tickets, and the breakfast of banana pancakes or eggs was amazing. The free bottled water and 2 free beers during happy hour made for a social common area. The location was great, even though it was a bit tricky to find at first. a perfect stay.

We stayed at Long Hostel in Ho Chi Minh City and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even upgraded us to a private room upon arrival. The location of the hostel was perfect for exploring the city, and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved that we could have as much as we wanted. we had a great time and would definitely recommend Long Hostel to others.

It was all superb.

The family-run hostel had a great location near the walking street and other tourist spots. The breakfast was delicious and they had a water dispenser for refilling bottles. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to assist with any questions or needs.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom inside. And the best part was the helpful owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even waived the extra charges for a missing person, which was a pleasant surprise.

There were some downsides to our stay. The communication with the staff was poor, as they seemed unaware of our prior emails.
